What is your seating capacity?
125 Guests.
What do I need to reserve The Barn Yard venue?
A $500 non-refundable deposit will secure your wedding date.

Does theBarnYard allow payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to all of our couples. There are no fees for our payment plans.
When is my balance due?
Final payment is due 60 days prior to your wedding date.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes. We have 1-acre for Guest Parking.
Can I have a rehearsal on the day before my wedding?
Unfortunately, our schedule does not allow it, as the venue may be rented the day before your wedding. When couples chose to add a rehearsal it will take place on a Wednesday or Thursday based on availability.
What time does my wedding need to end?
Last call is no later than 9:30pm, the music stops at 10pm and all guests must be departed by 10:30pm.
Can we Uber?
Absolutely! We encourage everyone that will be having adult beverages to do so safely and responsibly.
What if I feel unfit to drive home?
theBARNyard will allow vehicles to stay overnight if an Uber/Taxi is necessary.
Please be sure to pick up your vehicle by 11am the following day.
Do you have A/C in the barn?
No, we do not have A/C. We have several fans in the barn that keep the barn surprisingly comfortable. The Bridal Suite and Groom's Quarters are air-conditioned.
Do I need to purchase Event Insurance?
Yes. You will find the link on our website under the Packages & Pricing tab.
